Darina Mazdyuk was born on January 24, 1992, in Tomsk-7, Russia. At the age of 15, she first got into the section of Russian hand-to-hand combat. After that, she was training Karate Kyokushin and Sambo.

On December 1, 2019, Darina Mazdyuk made her second professional fight. She lost to Dariya Zheleznyakova at the GIT Sech Pro – Time of New Heroes 3 via unanimous decision.
On December 21, 2019, she fought versus Madina Magomedova at The Old Guard Fight Club – Divizion 5 and won via TKO in the fourth round.
On January 28, 2020, she recorded another victory versus Anastasiya Sukhanova at Fight for Hype – Fight for Hype 8 via TKO in the first round.
On March 4, 2020, Darina Mazdyuk won her fight versus Marina Kikelyova at Fight for Hype – Fight for Hype 9 via unanimous decision.
