Chelsea Hackett is an Australian kickboxer, mixed martial artist, and Muay Thai fighter. She is WMC Muaythai Female Super Lightweight World Champion in Muay Thai.
Chelsea Alysse Hackett was born on October 29, 1999, in Melbourne, Australia. She moved with her family to the Gold Coast at an early age. Chelsea Hackett started with Taekwondo at the age of 8. By the age of 12, she had achieved a junior black belt in Taekwando and sought out a new challenge in the form of Muay Thai. She won gold medals at the IFMA World Muaythai Championships in both 2014 and 2015 on her way to amassing a professional Muay Thai record of 16-4-3, which included two world title victories and winning the WBC World Lightweight Championship.

After a successful Muay Thai and kickboxing career, Chelsea Hackett transitioned into Mixed martial arts full-time in 2019. Her professional MMA record is 3-1-1 (W-L-D).
MMA debut
Chelsea Hackett made her professional MMA debut in May 2019 for Australia’s Eternal MMA promotion. She faced Melissa Zeman at the EMMA – Eternal MMA 45 on May 25, 2019 and walked away with a majority draw that would have been a unanimous decision victory had she not been deducted a point in the first round for holding the fence.
Eternal MMA career
On July 27, 2019, Chelsea Hackett faced Danielle Hayes at the EMMA – Eternal MMA 46 in her second professional fight. This time, she won via unanimous decision.
On November 1, 2019, she defeated Nicole Szepesvary at the EMMA – Eternal MMA 49 via KO (Slam) in Round 2.
On March 7, 2020, Chelsea Hackett achieved another victory at the Eternal MMA. She won her bout versus Rhiannon Thompson at the EMMA – Eternal MMA 52 via unanimous decision.
Dana White’s Contender Series
Chelsea Hackett was invited to compete at Dana White’s Contender Series 36 where she fought versus Victoria Leonardo on November 17, 2020, for a UFC contract. However, she lost the bout via TKO (Punches) in the second round.
