Bea Malecki

Bea Malecki is a Swedish MMA fighter, who currently competes in the Bantamweight division in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). She has a personal MMA record of 4-1-0 (W-L-D).

Bea Malecki was born in Stockholm, Sweden on August 23, 1991. She was 19 years old when she tested martial arts for the first time. As a Thai boxer, she won the Swedish Championships, the European Championships and the World Cup.

Bea Malecki made her amateur debut against Helin Paara at International Ring Fight Arena 12. She won the fight by a second-round technical knockout.

MMA debut

Bea Malecki made her professional MMA debut on November 4, 2017 at the ExciteFight – Conquest of the Cage. The fight was versus Faith Davis for the ExciteFight MMA Featherweight title and she won the bout via Rear-Naked Choke technical submission in the first round.

Early MMA career

On February 2, 2018, Bea Malecki fought versus Tracy Smith at the ExciteFight – Conquest of the Cage and won via TKO (Punches) in the first round after only 22 seconds.

On July 11, 2018, it was revealed that Bea Malecki would be one of the fighters featured on The Ultimate Fighter: Heavy Hitters. She was the sixth pick for Team Gastelum. She lost the quarterfinal bout against Leah Letson by unanimous decision.

UFC career

Bea Malecki made her UFC debut on June 1, 2019, versus Duda Santana at the UFC Fight Night 153 – Gustafsson vs. Smith. She won the fight via rear-naked choke submission in Round 2.

On March 14, 2020, Bea Malecki fought versus Veronica Macedo at the UFC Fight Night 170 – Lee vs. Oliveira. She won the fight via unanimous decision.

On August 21, 2021, Bea Malecki registered her first loss in the professional MMA to Josiane Nunes at the UFC on ESPN 29 – Cannonier vs. Gastelum, via KO (Punch) in the first round.
